DEAR POTENTIAL NEW MEMBER

Hi! My name is Emery Danker, and I could not be more thrilled to serve as this year’s Recruitment Director. I’m a junior Strategic Communication major from Kansas City, and being a part of Kappa Alpha Theta has truly been one of the greatest blessings Texas Christian University has given me. That’s why it’s such an honor to welcome you alongside our Vice President of Membership, Kelsey Finley.

We know recruitment can feel overwhelming and a bit intimidating, but we’re here to remind you to breathe and just be yourself. Throughout the process, you’ll have the chance to share your authentic, vibrant, and beautiful self—and we can’t wait to get to know you: your passions, your goals, and what drives you. Starting college is such an exciting chapter, but it can also come with challenges. At Kappa Alpha Theta, our sisterhood is rooted in uplifting and supporting one another through every moment—big or small. This chapter has given me lifelong friendships and unforgettable memories, and I truly hope it will do the same for you.

When you walk through our doors, I hope you feel seen, celebrated, and completely at home. Our members come from all over the country, but we’re united by the joy of calling 3508 Pond Dr, Fort Worth, TX our home. On behalf of our entire chapter, I’m so excited for the chance to share the heart of Theta with you.
